Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Pastey app (the "App"), provided by Unlock Futurix Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them.

1. Licence

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

2. Pro subscriptions

Pastey is free to download and use. Pro features are available through optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you save in Pastey. It is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, and you are responsible for it and for keeping your own backups.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to interfere with the App or the services it relies on.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop offering features of the App. We try to keep it working well but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

6. Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
